INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups kale, pulled from stem
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and massage into kale leaves.
  3. Lay out kale mixture on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
