- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate Life Time Fitness Vegan Protein (optional, or use 1/4 banana and 1/2 cup strawberries, blended)
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a Ball jar (or other covered glass container) and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours (or overnight).
