- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 5 scoops vanilla Life Time Fitness Vegan Protein
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- Mix flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Spray 8×8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add mixture to pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
- Serve with mixed berries, coconut milk yogurt and/or nut butter
